Return & Exchange

Please check your order immediately upon delivery. If you notice any problems with your purchase, please contact us within three (3) days at hello@glowupstudio.at . If an item was damaged, faulty, or delivered incorrectly, we will work to find a solution for you.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at hello@glowupstudio.com or send the completed return form (download here: [ Download return form ] ) to our address below.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient if you send the notification before the 14 days have expired.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:

  • Items that have been specially made according to your wishes are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
  • Opened or used items that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons are also excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Return process

We only accept returns if they are initiated no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods. The items must:

  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • All instructions and Glow Up Studio tags included.

Shipping costs and refunds:

  • You can return your ordered item free of charge within 14 days. Please contact us and we will send you a prepaid shipping label.
  • Once we have received and inspected the items, we will refund you via the original payment method.
  • It can take up to 10 working days for the refund to be visible in your account.

Important information regarding returns

Our products are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transport. For returns, please retain the original packaging, proof of purchase, and all labels. If outer boxes are damaged during shipping, you may be required to provide additional packing material.

  • We are not responsible for items lost in transit. Please keep your receipt with tracking number as proof of purchase.
