Return & Exchange

Please check your order immediately upon delivery. Should you find any issues with your purchase, please contact us within three (3) days at hello@glowupstudio.at. If an item is damaged, faulty, or incorrectly delivered, we will work to find a solution for you.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 30 days of receiving the goods without stating any reasons. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at hello@glowupstudio.at or send the completed return form (download here: [Download Return Form]) to our address below.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification before the 30-day period expires.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:

  • Items specifically made to your specifications or Artist Editions are excluded from withdrawal.
  • Opened or used items that cannot be resold for hygienic reasons are also excluded from withdrawal.

Return Process

We only accept returns if they are initiated no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods. Items must be:

  • in their original packaging.
  • Include all instructions and Glow Up Studio tags.

Shipping costs and refund:

  • You can return your ordered item free of charge within 30 days. Please contact us and we will send you a pre-paid shipping label.
  • Once we have received and inspected the items, we will refund the amount via the original payment method.
  • It can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Important notes on returns

Our products are carefully packaged to prevent transport damage. For returns, please keep the original packaging, proof of purchase, and all labels. Should outer cartons have been damaged during shipping, you may be required to provide additional packaging material.

  • We are not responsible for items lost on the way back. Please keep the receipt with the tracking number as proof.
